Collierville Schools is a municipal school district located in Collierville, Tennessee, a suburb of Shelby County and the Memphis metropolitan area. Formed in 2014, the District is comprised of ten (10) schools; one (1) high school, two (2) middle schools, six (6) elementary schools, and one (1) virtual school, serving approximately 9,200 students.
Collierville Schools is soliciting statements of qualifications from consultants to assist with the preparation of a comprehensive facilities master plan that will guide facilities planning for the next ten years.
Statements of Qualifications will be accepted from individuals, firms, or groups of firms who can demonstrate advanced knowledge and experience in facilities master planning services that include school forecasting, enrollment and demographic analysis, educational programming and facilities analysis, and budget planning.
Submittals are due no later than 2:00 P.M., Central Time, Thursday, June 2, 2022, to the Finance Department, Collierville Schools Administration Offices, 145 West Poplar Avenue, Collierville, Tennessee 38017. All proposals must be time-stamped at Collierville Schools Administration Offices, 145 West Poplar Avenue, Collierville, Tennessee 38017, prior to 2:00 P.M., Central Time, Thursday, June 2, 2022. Submittals received after the specified date and time will be considered late and will not be opened. Submittals will not be accepted via any form of electronic media.
To be considered, a respondent must submit four (4) complete hardcopy sets (original and three (3) copies and four (4) soft copies of CD and/or USB Memory Key. Responses shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and/or carton clearly marked, “RFQ #FY22016 – Professional Services”. Time, date and name of RFQ must be clearly marked on face of sealed envelope and/or carton. All price quotations and related materials must be received in a sealed envelope.

Bettendorf Community School District intends to retain professional planning and engagement services for the development of a long-range facility master plan. Interested and qualified firms are invited to submit a response to the Request for Proposals to provide services for this process.
Bettendorf Community School District Background
Bettendorf Community School District is a Pre-K-12th grade school district serving approximately 4,600 students in Bettendorf, Iowa. The district comprises a comprehensive high school, alternative high school, middle school for grades six through eight, three pre-k through fifth grade elementary schools, two k through fifth grade elementary schools and the Operations & Transportation Center.
The district is roughly 80-90% built out with new home growth only possible at the northern end of the district. Enrollment has been stable for the past decade, oscillating between 4,500 and 4,700 students. The district features a positive influx of students from open enrollment, with 655 students open-enrolling into the district in the 2021-22 school year compared to only 251 open-enrolling out.
