2024 ALEP Application

The Accredited Learning Environment Planner (ALEP) is the professional designation of the Association and signifies excellence in the industry. It is designed to elevate professional standards, enhance individual performance, and identify those in the educational environment industry who demonstrate the core competencies essential to the practice of planning, designing, equipping and maintaining educational environments.




Applicants must submit a dossier demonstrating his/her work in relationship to the core competencies, three letters of recommendation and documentation of 100 hours of continuing education within the last five years.   Interviews will take place in the March, July, and August 

Application and all supporting materials must be received by the following deadlines:

February 2, 2024 for March 2024 Interviews

May 3, 2024 for June 2024 Interviews

August 2, 2024 for September 2024 Interviews
