David Ross is the former Senior Director of the Buck Institute for Education (now PBLWorks), where he wrote the PBL Starter Kit and created and directed the PBL World Conference. David later worked in Washington DC as the CEO of the Partnership for 21st Century Learning, where he coordinated the bipartisan 21st Century Learning Caucus in the United States House of Representatives.
