To register for an event, you must Sign in or create a new customer account. You do not need to be a member to have a customer account.
If you already have an account login by clicking the blue Sign In button at the top of the A4LE website homepage. If you do not have a customer account, click the Create Account at the top of the A4LE website homepage.
Pricing is based on member types, do not create a new account if you are a member or have a customer account, you must login with your credentials. If you experience trouble signing in, please contact [email protected].
AFTER YOU ARE LOGGED IN:
- Click Register Myself button – select your registration option
- Answer any questions and save responses.
- For add on items, scroll to Programs, click ADD next to the registration item.
- Proceed to checkout (even for no cost events).
- Enter payment information if applicable and click SUBMIT to finalize registration.
***You must click SUBMIT to finalize registration – you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not, you are not registered.***

Mounts
All entries shall be exhibited on two 24"x24" dry-mount boards displayed on easels provided by the exhibitors. Boards must conform to the specifications indicated. Composition of individual boards shall be at the discretion of the entrant. Due to space constraints, only easels will be allowed; all other forms of display are prohibited.
Material can be shipped directly to the hotel no more than 5 days prior to the conference at the following address:
