Featuring Chelsea Berry

Chelsea Berry delivers powerful, relatable, and unforgettable experiences that challenge educators and  AEC leaders to think bigger, lead bolder, and create ripples of change in their schools, communities, and  beyond. Chelsea will be delivering her keynote "Shake the World" for our A4LE Kansas City Chapter.

Shake The World Pressure, disruption, and change are part of every leader’s story, but most people spend their lives trying  to avoid them. In this keynote, I reframe pressure as purpose and shows how taking responsibility for  your response can turn any breaking point into a breakthrough.

Audiences leave with:

- A powerful framework to navigate change with awareness, choice, and presence.
- Practical tools to lead themselves and others through disruption.
- Renewed confidence to take ownership, embody integrity, and create lasting impact — starting from the
inside out.

Chelsea Berry, Whether I’m speaking to a room of executives, training teams on emotional intelligence, or  working with advisors to grow practices that actually feel good to run, my goal is the same: to help  people see themselves clearly, lead intentionally, and build lives and businesses that feel both successful  and free.
