- Items should be shipped no earlier than one week prior to first day of your event.
- Items can be retrieved from The Bellman’s Closet in The Motor Lobby.
- When Shipping Out of the Hotel, the sender will have to make arrangements with UPS or other mailing service directly. It can then be placed with the front desk for pick-up.
- FedEx will not take packages that have not been called in for pick-up.
