Shipping Information
If it is necessary for Association to ship materials to the Hotel, each item shall be properly packed and marked with (a) A4LE and JULIE FRIED; (b) the date of the Program; and (c) the name of the Vendor Contact. Please ship materials ahead only as reasonably necessary, but no more than five (5) days prior to the Program Dates. The Hotel shall receive and store in a secure location.
